My failed transaction was debited to my account. Please suggest a way forward.

If you have not received a mail confirmation and the payment has failed, the amount will be auto-refunded to you within 7 days (from the transaction date). If you don’t receive the refund credit in 7 days, please provide the below details by raising a request here and we will get back to you at the earliest:

1.) A common email id you use for making online transactions
2.) Amount and date of debit
3.) Screenshot of the debit, in case it was a netbanking or wallet transaction
4.) UPI reference number if it was a UPI transaction
5.) Last 4 digits of the card used, in case this was a card transaction
